Unfortunately, in this industry, NOTHING is guaranteed. If someone guarantees you anything they are straight out lying to you. This is why we ask for a $300-$500 non refundable deposit, and everything after that would ONLY be due on a performance basis, if and when a negative item gets removed. If we don’t remove your negative item, you don’t pay (minus the deposit).
