Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing
We use artificial intelligence tools to assist in analyzing credit reports and documents submitted through the public intake form or the CRM. Before data is sent for AI analysis, personally identifiable information is removed or de-identified to the extent practicable. De-identified information may be transmitted to Anthropic for analysis. The resulting insights are used to help our team identify potential issues and support the review process. All AI-generated suggestions are subject to human review; we retain the ability to adjust or override them. We do not use AI systems to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
QuickBooks Integration
If you choose to connect your QuickBooks account, we may sync relevant financial and invoicing data to enable better account management, invoice generation, payment tracking, and service delivery. This integration is optional and requires your explicit authorization. You may disconnect the integration at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
